Jeff Tomschin has 25 years of experience overseeing all human resource (HR) management and organizational development (OD) efforts for US-based, international companies in the engineering, manufacturing and industrial services / MRO industries. Jeff holds a Master’s degree from Eastern Michigan University.
John Neary founded Right Workplace in 2014. He is the former CIO and CAO of a publicly traded finance company. In addition, he served as CEO of a large privately held dealership group. Mr. Neary developed the Right Workplace platform to provide culture insights that help drive meaningful process improvements over time.
